Their primary duties include initiating and managing phone conversations, following scripted sales pitches or conversation outlines, and persuading customers to take desired actions, such as purchasing products, scheduling appointments, or providing feedback.

Key responsibilities of a Telecaller include:

  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to designated leads or customers.
  • Presenting product information, pricing, and offers to prospects in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Handling customer objections and concerns professionally and providing appropriate solutions or responses.
