Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional and UI testing of websites and software before deployment.
- Identify, document, and track bugs/issues, and ensure timely resolution with the development team.
- Provide technical support to customers for website/software-related queries.
- Troubleshoot issues related to domain, hosting, emails, and software installations.
- Prepare test cases, test reports, and user guides.
- Maintain customer interaction logs in a ticketing/support system.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure customer requirements and feedback are properly implemented.
